Steven Geller MD FACP CPI

Medical Director – Internal Medicine/Clinical Research

Dr. Steven Geller He first developed his interest in medicine and in research while attending the Bronx High School of Science. He then attended Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biology and Psychology.
He then moved to Baltimore in 1981 when he attended the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Geller completed his internal medicine residency on the Osler Medical Service of Johns
In 1988, Dr. Geller joined Primary Care Specialists, which was the predecessor to Centennial Medical Group in 1988. Dr. Geller was also active at Howard County General Hospital, where he eventually was selected for many leadership roles including Assistant Chief of the Department of Medicine, Vice President of the Professional Staff and eventually President of the Professional staff in 1997. During his Presidency, Dr. Geller assisted with the merger of Howard County General Hospital with the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. About the same time, Primary Care Specialists transitioned into Centennial Medical Group, which started in 2000 and Dr. Geller joined Centennial Medical Group as Medical Director, which is the role that he has fulfilled since then.
In addition to his passion for taking care of his patients and his desire to explain the options patients have in treating their conditions, Dr. Geller also has a passion for supervising clinical research. Dr. Geller has supervised more than 90 clinical research studies at Centennial Medical Group, and is on the cusp of authoring his first investigator lead study. On a more personal note, Dr. Geller spends his personal time with his wife Beth, playing tennis, and also visiting his 3 daughters, and his 2 grandsons, who live in Catonsville and Silver Spring.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”616″ img_size=”medium”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]

Rajiv Dua MD MBA

Medical Director – Internal Medicine/Clinical Research

Rajiv Dua, MD, MBA brings a variety of experiences to serve his role as a partner and Co-founder of Premier Medical Management. He currently serves as the Director of population health and Bariatric Medicine at Centennial Medical Group, Medical advisor to Carefirst and as a Medical director to Aledade a national ACO company.  He received his MBA in Medical Management in 2011 from Johns Hopkins Carey business school where he had special focus areas in Medical informatics, Marketing and Business strategy. He currently serves on committees at the community level on grants appropriated to help achieve the triple aim of improvement in the quality, cost and experience of healthcare.

Clinically, he is a board-certified Family Physician and sees patients age 3 and up. He completed his Family Medicine residency from Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center and joined Centennial Medical Group in September of 2004. His current interests include the treatment of obesity and its related disorders, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, exercise, and nutrition. He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for excellence in diabetes care. He is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians and is certified by the American Board of Bariatric Medicine as well as in Family Medicine. He is the director of the CMG medical weight loss program. Dr. Dua enjoys spending time with his wife Mona, and most recently his time seems to be dominated by his 3-year-old, Dylan. Arvind Narasimhan

Medical Director- Emergency Medicine/Cosmetic Procedures

Dr. Arvind Narasimhan is the medical director at First Call Urgent Care in Laurel, Maryland, a subsidiary of Centennial Medical Group since its opening in 2015. He is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with nearly twenty years of experience practicing in the Washington D.C. area.

Born in India, Dr Narasimhan immigrated to the United States at age seven and spent most of his childhood and adolescent years in Michigan. He graduated with distinction from the Honors College at the University of Michigan with a bachelors in science in cellular molecular biology and economics.  After graduation, he was accepted to the prestigious University of Michigan Medical School and graduated in the upper third of his class in 1996.

During his third-year medical school rotations, he became enamored with the field of emergency medicine.  He enjoyed the ability to see patients of all ages and acuity and being able to help people during their greatest time of need. Upon graduation from medical school, he came to Washington D.C. to complete his residency in emergency medicine at The George Washington University. He received numerous awards during his residency including being named the outstanding clinical resident in his class and a commendation from the District of Columbia for his role in a rescue mission at Rock Creek Park.

Dr. Narasimhan fell in love with Washington D.C. and his wife Dr. Shivani Narasimhan during a visit during his second year of medical school. Together, they have two children ages 12 and 14. Dr Narasimhan is diehard Michigan Wolverines, football fan. Dr. Joseph Gibbons

Medical Director – Concierge Medicine

Dr. Joseph Gibbons, MD practices internal medicine in Howard County, Maryland.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  He sees patients ages 15 years and over.  He began practicing medicine in Howard County starting in 1989.  He and 2 partners co-founded Centennial Medical Group in 2000.

Dr. Gibbons has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for excellence in diabetes and cardiac care.  He served on several committees at Howard County General Hospital including the Medical Executive Committee and the Health Information Management Committee.

Dr. Gibbons graduated from West Virginia University School of Medicine.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Washington Hospital Center.  He received the Saul Zuckerman, MD Humanitarianism in Medicine Award in 1989.

Connor J. Ferguson

Managing Partner – Business Operations

A Maryland Native, Connor has lived the majority of his life in Howard County, Maryland. From Elementary School to his Coursework at the University of Maryland, the majority of Connor’s childhood and young adult life was spent as a Resident of Maryland, with a small exception during the period of time he was serving in the United States Army Reserve in Ft. Jackson, SC as an Accounting Specialist.

Connor got his start at HSBC Bank in April of 2004, as an Account Executive. He quickly rose the ranks of the Account Executives in his District, where within 120 days, he was ranked #1, a short 3 months later, Connor was awarded his first branch, and the title of Branch Sales Manager. In 2006 and 2007, he was awarded Branch Manager of the year, and in 2008 he was promoted to Vice President of Operations (Northern Jersey), after leading 2 separate branches to the #1 rank in the company (out of 1600). Connor was the youngest Vice President at HSBC North America, a company of 100K + employees. In 2009, Connor was laid off in the Credit Crisis of 2009, offered a position as the Senior Vice President of Collections for SE Asia (to which he declined) and began his career as a Medical Entrepreneur.

In 2010, Connor was awarded the very first Urgent Care Franchise in the State of Maryland, under the flag of Doctors Express. At the age of 29, he was also the youngest Franchisee in the system. He grew Doctors Express Pikesville to the #1 Grossing Urgent Care in his Region, Maryland, Delaware, and Southern NJ. Connor was nominated by his peers to Vice President of the Franchise Advisory Council in 2014, and successfully sold his franchise in 2017.

In 2015, Connor began the role of Director of Operations for PMM, and General Manager of Centennial Medical Group. To date, he has overseen the Growth of PMM to a projected 10 MM Organization in 2019 by successfully navigating the construction, start up, joint venture, ongoing management and or acquisition in the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Ancillary Diagnostic Medical Testing, Urgent Care, Clinical Research Administration, Physical Therapy, Occupational Healthcare, Home Healthcare, Concierge Medicine, Clinical Research Marketing,   Bariatric Medicine, Population Healthcare.  Connor is also involved in many philanthropic activities to help impact the lives of children especially those whom are disadvantaged by participating as an Advisory Board Member to the Ed Reed Foundation, he also helps facilitate and lead charitable efforts that benefit the Casey Care’s Foundation, the Community Action Council of Howard Count, and the St. Frances Catholic School Football Program. In his free time, you can find him immersed in family and football. His two sons, Darren and Dylan both play football, and you can find Connor driving Darren to training to help him achieve his goal of playing College Football, coaching his 11-year-old son Dylan’s football team, or going to Raven’s games with his father. When there’s no football or work, time is well spent and enjoyed with his 3-year-old daughter Chloe and wife Julie.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
