Centennial Medical Group (CMG) and FirstCall Medical Center are group practices of Internists, Family Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners who provide high quality comprehensive primary care. Our group was locally founded in Howard County and has been practicing medicine for 25 years. We are proud of our caring and competent clinical and administrative staff.
All providers at CMG are board-certified in their respective specialties. In addition, our physicians have been recognized for their high standard of care by organizations such as NCQA, Angie’s list, and Cigna care.
