Medicine for the Wanderers

Traveling to new and exotic places is exhilarating and exciting. Unfortunately, it can also be fraught with new diseases. Luckily many of these can be prevented with immunizations and medications. Likewise prescriptions for malaria prevention and travelers’ diarrhea can also be provided if needed. Below is a list of vaccines we can provide if they are necessary:

We have provided an intake form for you to fill out and bring to your visit with you. Please download, print, and complete our Traveler’s Questionnaire so that we may assist you as fast as possible upon your visit.

It is best to schedule a visit at least one month before travel because many of the vaccines require one month or more before they are fully effective. Call Destination Travel Health at 410-799-4020 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
